   1....If you need to cancel your appointment just open your confirmation email and there you will see a link to cancel or change your appointment, thankyou.              

   2.....We have the right to alter our service charge if the service differs from the one booked.

   3.....If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment we may not be able to carry out your service and  you may have to re- book another appointment.

   5.....Please CAREFULLY CHECK your appointment date and time when you book it... If you attend for your haircut at a different time to which you have booked we may not be able to fit you in and you may have to re-book another appointment for another available time slot.

   6.....Please wash your hair before you come for your haircut as this will ensure you get the best haircut and also restrict the spread of the virus.

   7.....The free monthly draw for a haircut offer is for subscribers only and will start once we  have reached 25 subscribers.  The draw will take place on the first Saturday of the month  and a video  of the draw will be posted on this website and  facebook, only one subscription per person is allowed. You may un-subuscribe at any time. We will not share any of your personal data.

   8.....Our site is https which means our site is secure, we have  purchased an SSL certificate for  end to end  encription so your details are safe and secure.

   9.....We will not share any of your personal data with third parites.

                   OUR COVID-19 MEASURES

   Due to the  COVID -19 virus pandemic we have put the follwing in place for everyones safety :              

a...booking appointments every 30 minutes , so as to allow time between clients to clean and disinfect tools, equipment and seating,  and allow us to have a safe enviroment. One client in the chair and no more than one person waiting .We use a fresh newly sterilised comb, scissors and clippers on all clients...combs and scissors are disinfected before every client and. placed in Barbicide for at least 10 minutes before use. Clipper spray is applied to all clippers before use, and chairs and shelves are sanitised before each client. The barber will wear a mask and also a visor, also a disposable gown is used.

 b....we will be taking clients contact details for track and trace records

 c....please use our hand sanitizer located on the wall when you first enter the premises, its touchless to reduce cross contamaination.

 d....you can no longer use our toilet.

 e....please wear a mask when you enter the shop, if you don't have one we can provide one for 50p 

 f....please keep talking to a minimum during your haircut ,to reduce the risk of spreading the virus

 g.....IF YOU FEEL UNWELL OR HAVE A HIGH TEMPERATURE,  NEW COUGH,  OR A LOSS OR CHANGE IN YOUR SENSE OF TASTE AND SMELL PLEASE DO NOT ENTER THE SHOP . PLEASE GO HOME AND ISOLATE FOR 7 DAYS  AND GET TESTED  , THANK YOU.
